Another of my recent paintings in my abstract expressionist style full of energy, texture and colour. Unusually, I saw this face coming through in the early stages of the painting. Normally, I would continue and try to ignore anything so soon, but this image was so strong, I just had to commit to developing it into what you see today. It is a celebration of the warrior we all have inside of us. Whatever may happen in life, there comes a time when we must call upon our inner warrior to stand up and defend us. It´s easy to forget that it exists deep inside of us. This painting represents strength, honour and bravery.
He is framed in currently a lovely mate black floating frame with 0.5cm shadow gap. This can be included but it may be more economical for shipping without the frame and deconstructed. The painting can be easily reconstructed and stretched onto the frame by a professional framer.
