This one is unusual for me for several reasons. Firstly, its a smaller figurative work proving that the style translates from large to small without compromising on the impact or details. Secondly, I rarely paint male figures. That´s not a deliberate thing but maybe because I am female, my work tends to emit a more female energy. I think that this guy really adds something special to the overal Ubunti collection. He has a wise, kind face and such humility that he has more than earned a place at this artistic table. Small in size but big in presence, his eyes can see it all and remind us to remain humble in all of the chaos.
